An Oil and Gas Company based in Multan is looking for retired military personnel to fill the positions of Retired Subedar Major, Retired Naik, Retired Havaldar, and Retired Subedar for their security department. Responsibilities
- Retired Subedar Major and Subedar:
- Oversee and manage security operations on-site.
- Supervise and guide security staff to maintain law and order.
- Ensure all security protocols are followed.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure security standards are met.
- Respond to emergencies and take necessary actions.
- Retired Naik and Havaldar:
- Support senior security officers in maintaining a safe environment.
- Carry out surveillance and monitoring of the premises.
- Assist in emergency situations, including evacuation procedures.
- Patrol the premises regularly to ensure security.
- Report security concerns to higher authorities.

Qualifications
- Education:
- Middle, Intermediate, or Matric education is required.
- Experience:
- Must be a retired Subedar Major, Subedar, Naik, or Havaldar from the Pakistan Army or a similar military background.
- Previous experience in security roles or military service is essential.

- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Ability to handle emergency situations effectively.
- Good physical fitness and stamina.
