Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all legal matters and affairs of FESCO.
- Provide legal advice and support to the senior management on various corporate and operational matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Represent the company in court, tribunals, and other legal proceedings.
- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and regulations.
- Develop and implement policies to manage legal risks.
- Collaborate with external legal advisors when necessary.
- Assist in the management of the legal department and coordinate with other departments.

Qualifications
- Education: LLB (Bachelor of Laws) or LLM (Master of Laws) degree from a recognized institution.
- Experience: Previous experience in a legal management role, ideally within the public sector or a similar industry.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of corporate, civil, and administrative law.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze and interpret legal issues and risks.
- Proficiency in legal research and writing.
- Leadership abilities and management experience.
- Additional certifications and relevant training will be considered a plus.
