Key Responsibilities

  1. Office Administration:
    • Support daily office functions, including maintaining office supplies, managing documentation, and organizing paperwork.
    • Ensure that all office equipment is in working order and coordinate with suppliers when necessary.
  2. Client and Student Interaction:
    • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and assist students or clients with any inquiries.
    • Provide accurate information regarding the services and programs offered by Global Link Pvt Ltd.
  3. Data Entry & Record Keeping:
    • Maintain accurate records of office communications, applications, and student data.
    • Ensure all records are updated in the company’s database, including student enrollment and attendance records.
  4. Scheduling and Coordination:
    • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
    • Coordinate with other staff members to ensure smooth execution of daily activities and special projects.
  5. Team Support:
    • Provide administrative support to other staff members in the education department.
    • Work collaboratively with team members to improve office efficiency and productivity.
  6. Documentation & Reporting:
    • Handle filing, paperwork, and official documentation required by the company.
    • Prepare reports, presentations, and materials for meetings or projects.

Qualifications

To qualify for the positions, candidates should meet the following requirements:

  • Education: Candidates should hold Matric, Intermediate, Bachelor, Master, Mphil, B.E, M.Sc, MS, or equivalent qualifications. While higher education is preferred, candidates with relevant experience in administrative roles will also be considered.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) to interact effectively with clients, students, and other staff members.
    • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
    • Problem-solving abilities to address challenges that may arise in the office.
  • Experience: Previous experience in an office-based role, particularly in the education sector, is a plus but not mandatory. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
