The Telesales Representative role at The Wolf Marketing SMC focuses on B2B cold calling to connect with potential clients and introduce them to the company’s suite of digital services. The goal is to schedule appointments for the sales team and help increase business opportunities. You will work from 7 PM to 4 AM, making calls to businesses and engaging with decision-makers to create sales opportunities.

This full-time role offers a salary range of 35,000 PKR to 100,000 PKR per month, depending on your performance and ability to meet targets. We are looking for motivated candidates who can demonstrate strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to handle rejection while maintaining a positive attitude.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Cold Calling:
    • Initiate outbound calls to businesses, introducing them to The Wolf Marketing SMC’s digital services.
    • Explain the value of our offerings and how they can benefit potential clients.
  2. Qualifying Leads:
    • Identify and qualify sales opportunities by asking the right questions and understanding potential clients’ needs.
    • Screen leads and determine their readiness to make purchasing decisions.
  3. Scheduling Appointments:
    • Set appointments for the sales manager to provide a more detailed explanation of the services and close sales.
    • Ensure that leads are properly prepared for further discussions with the sales team.
  4. Maintaining Accurate Records:
    • Keep detailed and up-to-date records of all leads, including contact information, conversations, and follow-ups.
    • Use the company’s CRM system to track all interactions and update lead status.
  5. Achieving Sales Targets:
    • Work towards meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets set by the company.
    • Monitor your performance, seek opportunities for improvement, and provide feedback to the management team on sales strategies.
  6. Follow-up on Leads:
    • Regularly follow up with leads to maintain engagement and ensure consistent communication.
    • Nurture relationships with clients and convert them into active sales opportunities.
  7. Provide Feedback:
    • Offer insights on the effectiveness of current outbound strategies.
    • Suggest ways to improve sales tactics and customer engagement methods.

Qualifications

To succeed in this position, candidates should meet the following requirements:

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred, although experience can be equally valuable.
  • Experience: Previous experience in sales or telemarketing is a plus, particularly in a B2B environment.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills are essential for engaging with potential clients and effectively presenting the company’s services.
  • Sales Skills: A strong understanding of the sales process, including cold calling, lead qualification, and follow-up strategies.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and basic Microsoft Office skills.
