Key Responsibilities
- Female PTI (Physical Training Instructor):
- Develop and implement physical education programs for students.
- Organize and supervise sports activities and events.
- Promote health and fitness among students through exercises, fitness programs, and sports training.
- Maintain records of student participation and progress in physical activities.
- Female Urdu Teacher:
- Develop lesson plans and teaching materials for Urdu language instruction.
- Deliver engaging lessons that encourage language development and literacy.
- Assess student performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- Female English Teacher:
- Plan and deliver lessons in English, focusing on both written and spoken skills.
- Develop students’ critical thinking and communication skills through reading, writing, and discussions.
- Grade assignments and provide constructive feedback to students.
- Female Computer Teacher:
- Teach computer science and IT skills to students.
- Prepare and deliver lessons on computer software, programming, and internet literacy.
- Monitor student progress and assist with practical IT applications.
- Female Pre-Wing Teacher:
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons for early childhood education.
- Foster a nurturing and supportive environment that promotes student growth.
- Assess the developmental progress of young students and communicate with parents as needed.
- Female Art Teacher:
- Teach various forms of art, including drawing, painting, and sculpture.
- Foster creativity and artistic expression in students.
- Organize art exhibitions and encourage students’ participation in creative events.
Qualifications
- Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant subject (e.g., Physical Education for PTI, Urdu/English/Computer Science for respective teaching positions, Fine Arts for Art Teacher, Early Childhood Education for Pre-Wing Teacher).
- Teaching certification (B.Ed or M.Ed) is preferred.
- Previous teaching experience is a plus, especially in a school environment.
- Skills:
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students.
- A passion for teaching and working with children.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to maintain discipline.
