Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage detailed cost estimates for construction projects.
- Measure and assess the quantities of materials required for the project.
- Evaluate costs and prepare cost reports to ensure projects are within budget.
- Review and interpret contract documents and specifications.
- Manage and negotiate subcontractor agreements and changes in scope.
- Prepare and submit monthly payment applications and progress reports.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- Previous experience in quantity surveying or construction cost management is preferred.

- Knowledge of construction contracts, tendering processes, and budgeting.
