Responsibilities:
- Psychologist / Lady Psychologist:
- Conduct psychological assessments for students with special needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for emotional and behavioral challenges.
- Provide counseling and therapy sessions to students.
- Work closely with educators, parents, and caregivers to support students’ mental health and overall development.
- Monitor and track the progress of students and adjust therapy plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of psychological assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports.
- Organize workshops and seminars for teachers and parents on psychological well-being and behavioral management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology (preferred).
- Experience working with children or individuals with special needs is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a team and independently.
- Compassionate, empathetic, and patient in dealing with children and families.
- Knowledge of psychological tools and techniques for assessment and intervention.
