Job Responsibilities
- Female Computer Operator & Computer Operator: Operate and manage office computers, perform data entry, prepare reports, maintain records, and assist with administrative tasks.
- Female Receptionist & Receptionist: Greet visitors, manage phone calls, handle inquiries, and provide administrative support. Ensure smooth office operations and customer service.
- Marketing Manager: Oversee marketing campaigns, develop strategies, coordinate with sales teams, and manage branding efforts for the consultancy.
Qualifications
- Female Computer Operator: Matriculation or Intermediate qualification, with basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry, etc.).
- Female Receptionist: Matriculation or Intermediate with good communication and organizational skills.
- Computer Operator: Matriculation or Intermediate with proficiency in office software and data handling.
- Marketing Manager: Preferably a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related fields, with relevant work experience.
- Receptionist: Matriculation or Intermediate, with strong interpersonal skills and a customer-friendly attitude.
Candidates with additional experience in office administration, customer service, or marketing will be preferred.
