Responsibilities
Executive Labor Record
- Maintain accurate labor records and personnel documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Manage labor-related administrative tasks and processes.
- Prepare reports and manage databases.
Assistant Engineer Process
- Assist in the design, operation, and optimization of process systems.
- Monitor process parameters and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency.
- Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting of equipment.
Assistant Engineer HSE
- Implement health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.
- Conduct safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance.
- Assist in the investigation of incidents and accidents.
- Provide support in training employees on HSE best practices.
Officer Administration
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and office operations.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and manage schedules.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields (Engineering, Management, HSE, etc.).
- Experience: Relevant experience in the respective roles is preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
