Responsibilities
- Distributors: Manage and distribute Ufone products and services in assigned areas.
- Dealers: Act as intermediaries between Ufone and customers by promoting and selling Ufone products, including SIM cards, top-ups, and mobile services.
- Establish and maintain relationships with retailers and customers.
- Ensure that all products are available and properly stocked in designated areas.
- Monitor sales and performance, aiming to meet set targets and goals.
- Maintain product knowledge and keep up with Ufone’s latest offerings and services.
- Assist in resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Implement Ufone marketing strategies to increase brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Education: Minimum of Matric or Intermediate.
- Prior experience in distribution or retail sales is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
- Must be proactive, energetic, and willing to travel.
- Knowledge of the telecommunications industry is a plus but not required.
