Responsibilities
- Operate and manage computer systems to support daily administrative tasks.
- Handle data entry and update records accurately in the system.
- Assist in managing patient records and medical information using hospital management software.
- Support IT-related issues within the organization, including troubleshooting hardware and software problems.
- Ensure data security and confidentiality at all times.
- Perform general office tasks like printing, scanning, and file management.

Qualifications
- Educational Requirements:

- Knowledge of medical software systems is a plus.
