Job Responsibilities
- Barber:
- Provide grooming services to patients and staff.
- Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of equipment.
- Cook:
- Prepare meals for hospital staff and patients according to dietary needs.
- Ensure food hygiene and safety standards are met.
- Ward Boy:
- Assist patients with basic needs and transportation within the hospital.
- Maintain cleanliness and ensure patient comfort.
- Guard:
- Provide security for hospital premises, including monitoring entrances and exits.
- Ensure that unauthorized persons do not enter restricted areas.
- Bearer:
- Transport medical supplies, documents, and equipment to various departments.
- Assist in moving patients within the hospital as needed.
- Naib Qasid:
- General office support tasks including handling mail and assisting staff with errands.
- Sanitary Supervisor:
- Oversee cleaning and sanitation of hospital areas, ensuring a hygienic environment.
- Manage a team of cleaning staff and ensure cleaning schedules are adhered to.
- Aya:
- Provide assistance to female patients with daily care needs.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
- Mali (Gardener):
- Maintain hospital gardens and green spaces, ensuring the area remains tidy and welcoming.
- Plant and take care of indoor and outdoor plants.
- Nan Bai (Cook):
- Prepare traditional breads and food items for patients and staff.
- Ensure the quality and hygiene of food prepared.
- Sweeper:
- Maintain cleanliness in hospital corridors, patient rooms, and other public areas.
- Handle waste management duties.
- Driver:
- Operate hospital vehicles to transport patients, staff, and supplies as needed.
- Ensure the vehicle is maintained and in good working order.
- Masalchi:
- Assist in food preparation and cooking in the hospital kitchen.
- Ensure the kitchen area remains clean and organized.
- Female Ward Servant:
- Assist female patients with their daily needs.
- Help maintain cleanliness and ensure patient comfort in the female ward.
- Lift Man:
- Operate and maintain hospital lift equipment.
- Ensure the safe transport of patients and hospital staff using the lifts.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Education:
- Primary, Middle, or Matric qualifications preferred depending on the role.
- Relevant experience in healthcare settings is a plus but not mandatory for some positions.
