The Principal will be responsible for overseeing the academic, administrative, and operational aspects of Muslim Hands Informatics. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of educational management. The role is based in Quetta, Balochistan, and involves managing a team of academic and non-academic staff to ensure smooth functioning and quality education delivery.

Responsibilities

1. Leadership & Management
   • Lead and manage all academic and administrative activities at the institution.
   • Ensure that the institution meets its academic goals and educational standards.
   • Supervise, guide, and support faculty members and administrative staff.
   • Develop and implement academic policies and programs.
2. Curriculum & Teaching
   • Oversee the curriculum design and ensure it meets industry standards.
   • Monitor the effectiveness of teaching and ensure quality in academic programs.
   • Foster an environment of continuous learning and development for students and staff.
3. Strategic Planning
   • Lead strategic planning and decision-making to enhance the institution’s growth.

4. Financial & Resource Management
   • Oversee budgetary planning and resource allocation.
   • Ensure that the institution operates within budget and resources are optimally utilized.
5. Community & Stakeholder Engagement
   • Represent the institution to external stakeholders, including parents, regulatory bodies, and the local community.
   • Build and maintain relationships with industry partners and educational organizations.

Qualifications

• Educational Requirements:
  • A Master’s degree, BBA, BCS, MCS, or BIT from a recognized institution.
  • Additional qualifications in education management or related fields are a plus.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a senior management or leadership role within an educational institution.
  • Experience in strategic planning, curriculum development, and staff management.
  • Prior experience as a principal or in a similar leadership position is preferred.
• Skills:
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage teams and projects effectively.
