Responsibilities:
- Financial Management: Oversee and manage financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations related to financial activities, including tax regulations and auditing procedures.
- Accounting: Maintain accurate financial records, perform reconciliations, and oversee financial transactions.
- Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and stakeholders.

- Audit: Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits and ensure financial integrity.
- Other duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned by senior management to support financial operations.
Qualifications:
- Required Education:
- ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) or Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in finance or accounting roles, especially in a development organization, will be preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
