Responsibilities:

  • Assistant:
    • Provide administrative support and assist in office management tasks.
    • Handle correspondence, data entry, and file management.
    • Assist in preparing reports and other official documents.
    • Coordinate with different departments for the smooth flow of operations.
  • Audiologist:
    • Conduct auditory tests and assessments for patients.
    • Provide hearing care treatment and guidance.
    • Maintain accurate patient records and reports.
    • Collaborate with medical professionals for integrated healthcare delivery.
  • Planning Officer:
    • Develop and implement planning strategies for the department.
    • Prepare detailed reports and feasibility studies for development projects.
    • Monitor the progress of ongoing projects and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
    • Liaise with stakeholders for project updates and issues.
  • Assistant Director:
    • Assist in departmental management and oversee day-to-day activities.
    • Support senior management in policy development and execution.
    • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior leadership.
    • Manage and supervise teams, ensuring departmental efficiency.
  • IT Teacher:
    • Teach and prepare lessons in Information Technology for students.
    • Develop course material and assignments that meet educational standards.
    • Assess students’ progress and provide guidance on improvement.
    • Stay updated on the latest IT developments and integrate them into the curriculum.
  • Assistant Director Sports:
    • Manage and oversee sports activities and events.
    • Coordinate with sports organizations and ensure the promotion of physical fitness programs.
    • Develop strategies for the growth and development of sports at the departmental level.
    • Supervise sports staff and ensure effective delivery of sports programs.
  • Teacher:
    • Provide education in the assigned subject area.
    • Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials for students.
    • Assess students’ academic progress and provide feedback.
    • Support extracurricular activities and contribute to the overall development of students.

Qualifications:

  • General Educational Requirements:
    • A Bachelor’s, Master’s, or specialized degrees in relevant fields (BBA, BCS, BA, MBBS, BIT, etc.).
    • Preference will be given to candidates with professional experience in the respective fields.
    • For teaching positions, a degree in education or relevant teaching certifications may be required.
  • Specific Requirements for Positions:
    • Audiologist: MBBS or relevant medical qualifications with specialization in audiology.
    • Planning Officer & Assistant Director: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Planning, or related disciplines.
    • IT Teacher: A degree in Information Technology or Computer Science (Bachelor’s or Master’s level).
    • Assistant Director Sports: A degree in Sports Management or a related field.
