The Balochistan Mineral Exploration Company is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and visionary leader to fill the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the company’s vision, mission, and objectives.
- Oversee all company operations, ensuring efficient exploration and management of mineral resources.
- Lead and guide the executive team, fostering a culture of innovation, teamwork, and accountability.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including government officials, investors, and community leaders, to promote the company’s initiatives.
- Manage financial resources effectively to ensure profitability, sustainability, and growth.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and technologies to enhance company operations.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Geology, or a related field. A Master’s or MS degree is preferred.

- Proven track record of strategic planning, team leadership, and operational excellence.
- Strong understanding of mineral exploration, resource management, and sustainability practices.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

- Experience with government projects and regulatory compliance will be an advantage.
