Responsibilities:
- Risaldar Major: Lead operational units, oversee team performance, and ensure adherence to organizational protocols.
- Security Coordinating Officer: Develop and implement security plans, monitor risks, and manage on-ground security operations.
- Deputy Commanding Officer: Support commanding officers in administrative and operational tasks, including team management and resource allocation.
- Commanding Officer: Oversee all operational activities, maintain discipline, and ensure successful mission execution.
- Assistant Security Coordinating Officer: Assist in the planning and execution of security measures, report issues, and support coordination efforts.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Prior experience in management, security, or operational roles is preferred.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in challenging environments.
