Responsibilities
- Assistant Professor:
- Deliver lectures, conduct seminars, and provide guidance to students in the designated department.
- Engage in academic research, publish scholarly articles, and contribute to the development of the curriculum.
- Supervise postgraduate students and assist with academic planning.
- Actively participate in university meetings and committees.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of developments in the subject field.
- Lecturer:
- Teach undergraduate and postgraduate students.
- Prepare and deliver lectures, exams, and assessments.
- Participate in departmental activities, faculty meetings, and academic planning.
- Provide academic support to students outside of class hours.
- Contribute to the development of course materials and syllabus.
Qualifications
- Assistant Professor:
- PhD or MPhil in the relevant field from a recognized institution.
- Strong research background and a commitment to academic excellence.
- Previous teaching experience at the university level is preferred.
- Lecturer:
- MS or MPhil degree in the relevant field.
- A passion for teaching and a strong academic record.
- Previous teaching experience at the university level will be an advantage.
