Responsibilities
- Biology Teacher:
- Teach biology concepts and theories to students at various educational levels.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessments for students.
- Foster a positive learning environment to engage and motivate students.
- Ensure that the curriculum is followed and that students meet learning objectives.
- Grade assignments and provide feedback to students on their progress.
- Conduct lab sessions, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Maths Teacher:
- Teach mathematics to students, explaining concepts clearly and effectively.
- Design and implement engaging lessons that challenge students and promote their mathematical skills.
- Prepare and grade assignments, quizzes, and exams.
- Provide additional help to students who require it, using creative teaching methods.
- Track students’ progress and communicate with parents regarding their academic performance.
- Montessori Teacher:
- Provide early childhood education in a Montessori environment.
- Create a learning space where students are encouraged to explore and develop skills at their own pace.
- Guide young learners through self-discovery activities in an educational and nurturing environment.
- Maintain communication with parents and contribute to the social and emotional growth of children.
Qualifications
- Education:
- For all positions, a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the relevant subject area is required.
- Candidates with experience in teaching or working in a Montessori environment (for Montessori Teacher role) are preferred.
- For Montessori Teachers, additional certification in Montessori Education would be beneficial.
- Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to create engaging and effective lesson plans.
- Classroom management skills and patience in dealing with students.
- Strong subject knowledge in biology, mathematics, or early childhood education.
- Ability to assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
