Responsibilities:
- Shop Helper:
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the shop.
- Help with stocking shelves and organizing products.
- Support customers by providing product information and directing them to required sections.
- Assist in packaging and labeling items for customers.
- Handle cash register duties and process transactions.
- Perform other general shop maintenance and tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
- Helper:
- Assist with loading and unloading products or materials.
- Support the shop staff with various daily tasks such as sorting and arranging products.
- Maintain inventory and assist in stocktaking activities.
- Ensure the shop area remains clean and safe for customers and staff.
- Help with customer service duties when required.
Qualifications:
- Shop Helper & Helper:
- Minimum education: Middle or Matric (Secondary School).
- Previous experience in a shop or retail environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and ability to carry out manual tasks.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
