Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals/snacks to students and staff as per the school’s schedule.
• Ensure the availability of quality food and beverages at reasonable prices.
• Handle the ordering of supplies, inventory management, and vendor relations.
• Maintain financial records and manage the canteen’s budget efficiently.

Qualifications

• Contractor:
  • Matric or Intermediate education required.
  • Proven experience in managing construction or maintenance projects, preferably within educational institutions.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Canteen Contractor:
  • Matric or Intermediate education preferred.
  • Experience in managing food services, canteen operations, or catering is a plus.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
