The Civil Secretariat Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is seeking applications from qualified and dedicated candidates for the position of Pesh Imam. The selected candidate will play a vital role in ensuring religious practices are upheld within the Secretariat and serve as a spiritual guide for employees.


Responsibilities

  • Lead prayers (Salah) at designated times for the Secretariat staff.
  • Conduct religious lectures and guidance sessions on various aspects of Islamic teachings.
  • Offer spiritual support to employees and ensure the peaceful and respectful observance of religious practices within the Secretariat.
  • Ensure cleanliness and order in the prayer area and related religious spaces.
  • Assist in organizing and participating in religious events or activities as required by the department.
  • Maintain a positive and respectful environment in line with religious values and the mission of the Civil Secretariat.

Qualifications

Educational Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification of Intermediate or equivalent, or other relevant qualifications in Islamic studies or related fields.
  • Preference may be given to candidates with experience in religious guidance or leadership roles in a similar setting.

Skills and Experience:

  • In-depth knowledge of Islamic teachings and practices.
  • Previous experience as a Pesh Imam or in a similar role will be preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in Urdu (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
  • Ability to lead and guide others in a professional, respectful, and spiritual manner.
