The Civil Secretariat Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is seeking applications from qualified and dedicated candidates for the position of Pesh Imam. Responsibilities
- Lead prayers (Salah) at designated times for the Secretariat staff.
- Conduct religious lectures and guidance sessions on various aspects of Islamic teachings.
- Offer spiritual support to employees and ensure the peaceful and respectful observance of religious practices within the Secretariat.
- Ensure cleanliness and order in the prayer area and related religious spaces.
- Assist in organizing and participating in religious events or activities as required by the department.
- Maintain a positive and respectful environment in line with religious values and the mission of the Civil Secretariat.
Qualifications
Educational Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of Intermediate or equivalent, or other relevant qualifications in Islamic studies or related fields.
- Preference may be given to candidates with experience in religious guidance or leadership roles in a similar setting.
Skills and Experience:
- In-depth knowledge of Islamic teachings and practices.
- Previous experience as a Pesh Imam or in a similar role will be preferred.
- Strong communication skills in Urdu (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
- Ability to lead and guide others in a professional, respectful, and spiritual manner.
