Key Responsibilities:
- Midwife/Nurse:
- Provide prenatal and postnatal care to expectant mothers.
- Assist in childbirth and monitor the well-being of both mother and child.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
- Educate patients on healthcare practices.
- Medical Technician:
- Conduct medical tests and assist in diagnosing patients.
- Prepare and maintain medical equipment.
- Assist healthcare providers during medical procedures.
- Receptionist:
- Greet and assist patients upon arrival.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient records.
- Answer phone calls and provide necessary information.
- Khala & Sweeper:
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the medical center.
- Ensure the sanitation of patient areas, restrooms, and equipment.
- Office Boy:
- Assist in office-related tasks such as delivering documents, handling office supplies, and maintaining cleanliness in office areas.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Middle, Matric, Intermediate, DAE, Bachelor, BA, or equivalent education depending on the position.
- Specialized Training/Certifications may be required for certain roles (e.g., Midwife or Nurse).
- Experience:
- Previous experience in a medical environment is preferred but not mandatory for some positions.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- For medical positions (e.g., Nurse, Medical Technician), basic medical knowledge is essential.
