Key Responsibilities

• Manage and operate computer systems to input, process, and organize data.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and other cargo-related operations.
• Perform data entry tasks efficiently and ensure the integrity of all entered data.
• Use MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting, documentation, and analysis.
• Coordinate with team members to update cargo records and resolve data discrepancies.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems, ensuring timely troubleshooting of issues.
• Handle incoming and outgoing emails and ensure prompt responses to inquiries.
• Assist in generating reports and summaries for managerial review.
• Support other administrative and technical tasks as required.

Qualifications and Requirements
