Responsibilities

• Research Officer (Agronomy):
  • Conduct research in agricultural practices to improve crop production.
  • Analyze soil, water, and environmental conditions affecting agriculture.
  • Develop and implement agricultural strategies.
• Developer & Android Developer:
  • Design, develop, and maintain software applications.
  • Work on Android-based applications for better project implementation and monitoring.
  • Collaborate with teams to enhance app functionality and performance.
• Deputy Director GIS & Research Officer (GIS):
  • Oversee GIS data collection and analysis for agricultural and environmental projects.
  • Provide strategic GIS support for the project’s success.
  • Develop GIS-based solutions for decision-making.
• Research Officer (Remote Sensing):
  • Use satellite data and technology to monitor land and crop conditions.
  • Provide insights based on remote sensing data to guide agricultural practices.
• Assistant & Computer Operator:
  • Assist in day-to-day operations, including data entry and management.
  • Ensure smooth administrative functions and support office tasks.
  • Handle computer operations and IT-related tasks.
• GIS Analyst:
  • Analyze geographical data to support project activities.
  • Provide technical assistance with mapping and spatial analysis.
• ICT Specialist & Deputy Director IT:
  • Manage IT systems and infrastructure.
  • Ensure project activities are supported by efficient IT systems and technology.
  • Lead IT team for smooth operations and troubleshooting.
• Account Officer:
  • Manage project finances and ensure proper accounting procedures.
  • Prepare financial reports, budgets, and ensure fund management compliance.
• Image Analyst & Video Analyst:
  • Analyze visual data and create reports for project monitoring and evaluation.
  • Process and interpret images and videos related to agricultural activities.
• Electrician:
  • Install and maintain electrical systems and equipment for project needs.
  • Ensure safety and functionality of electrical infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Education:
  • Candidates should have qualifications such as Intermediate, Bachelor’s, Master’s, MS, or BS in relevant fields such as Agronomy, GIS, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, or Business Administration, depending on the role.
• Experience:
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, with 2+ years of relevant experience for most positions.
  • Strong technical skills or research experience may be required for specialized roles.
