Job Responsibilities
- Lecturer:
- Deliver high-quality lectures and conduct seminars in nursing and allied health sciences.
- Prepare and review course materials and exams.
- Guide students in their academic and clinical work.
- Participate in faculty meetings and contribute to curriculum development.
- Assistant Professor:
- Teach and supervise undergraduate and postgraduate students.
- Engage in research activities and contribute to academic publications.
- Assist in the development of new courses and programs.
- Mentor junior faculty and support institutional development.
- Principal:
- Oversee academic and administrative operations of the college.
- Ensure the effective implementation of the college’s policies and programs.
- Lead the faculty in strategic planning and institutional growth.
- Represent the college in academic and professional forums.
Qualifications
- For Lecturer and Assistant Professor:
- A Master’s degree (MS) in Nursing, Allied Health Sciences, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Previous teaching or research experience is preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- For Principal:
- A Master’s degree (MS) or higher in Nursing, Allied Health Sciences, or related fields.
- Proven experience in academic leadership and administration.
- Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience as a Principal or in senior academic management is highly desirable.
