Job Introduction

Key Responsibilities

For Accounts Officer:

  • Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and journals.
  • Prepare financial reports, budgets, and statements in accordance with company policies.
  • Ensure accurate accounting of company transactions and manage accounts payable and receivable.
  • Work closely with auditors and assist with the auditing process.
  • Manage tax calculations and filings, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Assist in financial planning and decision-making processes.

For Country Manager Marketing:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Garden City’s products and services.
  • Manage and oversee marketing campaigns, advertising, and public relations activities.
  • Identify and explore new market opportunities to expand the organization’s reach.
  • Lead and manage the marketing team, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust marketing plans accordingly.
  • Develop relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders to enhance business growth.

Qualifications

  • Educational Requirements:
    • Accounts Officer: B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent degree in Accounting or Finance.
    • Country Manager Marketing: BBA, MBA, or equivalent degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
  • Experience:
    • Relevant experience in accounting, finance, or marketing management (discuss during the interview).
    • Proven track record in financial reporting or marketing strategy development (for the respective positions).
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and relevant accounting or marketing software.
    • Analytical skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
