The Federal Tax Ombudsman Secretariat is seeking highly motivated and qualified candidates for the positions of Assistant Advisor (Accounts), Advisor, and Assistant Advisor. Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities for each role include but are not limited to:

  • Assistant Advisor (Accounts):
    • Oversee financial reporting and analysis.
    • Maintain accurate financial records and documents.
    • Assist in budgeting and financial decision-making.
  • Advisor:
    • Provide strategic guidance and policy advice in tax matters.
    • Coordinate with various government bodies on tax-related issues.
    • Analyze and advise on taxation policies and reforms.
  • Assistant Advisor:
    • Support senior advisors with research and policy recommendations.
    • Prepare reports and documents related to taxation.
    • Assist in the implementation of government tax policies.

(Additional responsibilities will be discussed during the interview.)


Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields such as Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or Public Policy.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Previous experience in public service or tax administration (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment and manage multiple tasks.
