Job Introduction:
A Private Company in Peshawar is currently looking to hire an Injection Moulding Machine Operator as part of its Human Resource team. This is a full-time position that involves working with the operation and maintenance of injection moulding machines. The role is crucial in ensuring smooth production processes in the company’s manufacturing unit.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor injection moulding machines to produce high-quality products.
- Set up machines according to product specifications and ensure proper calibration.
- Perform regular checks on machines to ensure they are functioning efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues to prevent production delays.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area.
- Ensure all safety standards and guidelines are followed.
- Record and report machine performance and production output.
Qualifications:
- Education: Middle, Matric, Intermediate, or DAE (Diploma in Associate Engineering) in a relevant field.
- Experience: Previous experience in operating injection moulding machines is preferred but not mandatory. Training will be provided.
- Skills: Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills; attention to detail; ability to work in a team environment.
