Position:
- Company Secretary (Full-time Position)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and ensure compliance with corporate governance standards, regulatory requirements, and legal obligations.
- Prepare and maintain minutes of board meetings, annual general meetings, and other official documentation.
- Provide legal and governance advice to the Board of Directors and senior management.
- Oversee the filing of documents and communications with regulatory authorities and shareholders.
- Coordinate and communicate with external legal advisors and regulatory bodies.
- Handle matters related to company policies, procedures, and regulatory filings.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, policies, and corporate documents for board meetings.

Qualifications:
- Education:
- Master’s degree in a relevant field, or
- Chartered Accountant (CA), or
- ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) certification.
- Experience:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a corporate secretarial or legal advisory role, preferably in the public sector or utilities.
- Strong understanding of corporate governance, legal documentation, and compliance.
- Skills:
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with senior executives and regulatory bodies.
- Proficiency in office software such as MS Office and document management systems.
