Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the company’s compliance with corporate governance policies and regulations.
- Provide legal, financial, and administrative support to the Board of Directors.

Qualifications
Educational Requirements:

- Proven experience as a company secretary or in a similar secretarial or legal role, preferably in the public sector.
- Strong knowledge of corporate governance, legal frameworks, and compliance.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
