Hiksal is currently looking for motivated and skilled candidates to join its accounting team in Peshawar. The company is offering positions for Accountant and Female Accountant. Responsibilities
- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain and update accurate records of financial transactions, including receipts, payments, and invoices.
- Accounting Entries: Perform routine accounting entries, including the preparation of ledgers, journals, and reconciliation of accounts.
- Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial reports, balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial documents.
- Account Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Tax Compliance: Assist with the preparation of tax returns, and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
- Payroll Management: Process payroll and ensure proper documentation and payments are made on time.
- Financial Analysis: Support management by providing data and analysis to improve financial operations and decision-making.
- Other Administrative Tasks: Perform additional accounting and administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce) or equivalent qualification.
- Experience:
- Experience in accounting roles or internships is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in accounting principles.
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
