Key Responsibilities
- Surveillance and Monitoring:
- Monitor premises to ensure safety and security, including buildings, assets, and personnel.
- Conduct regular patrols to detect and deter any suspicious activity.
- Access Control:
- Manage and control access to premises, checking identification and ensuring only authorized personnel enter.
- Record details of individuals entering and leaving the premises.
- Emergency Response:
- Act swiftly and appropriately in emergencies, including medical situations, fire outbreaks, or unauthorized access attempts.
- Follow company procedures to handle any security breaches or incidents.
- Safety Protocols:
- Implement and maintain security measures and safety protocols.
- Report any irregularities, security threats, or incidents to supervisors.
Qualifications
- Educational Qualifications:
- Middle, Matric, or Intermediate level education is preferred.
- Previous experience in security services is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and alertness.
- Ability to work independently and remain vigilant.
- Good communication skills to report security concerns effectively.
- Physical Requirements:
- Candidates should be in good physical health and able to perform security duties such as patrolling and standing for extended periods.
