Job Responsibilities:

  • General Banking Officer OG III:
    • Manage daily banking operations, including handling customer accounts, transactions, and inquiries.
    • Ensure the efficient and smooth functioning of banking services, following all regulatory and compliance requirements.
    • Provide customer support, addressing any concerns or issues related to banking products and services.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of banking policies and procedures to ensure quality service delivery.
    • Process loan and deposit applications, evaluate customer needs, and provide recommendations for financial products.
    • Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure effective communication and coordination within the bank.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • A Bachelor’s degree in BBA, B.Com, BCS, BIT, or a related field is preferred.
    • Additional certifications in banking or finance are a plus.
  • Experience:
    • Previous experience in banking or financial services is advantageous but not mandatory.
    • Strong understanding of banking operations and services.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in computer applications and banking software.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and handle customer queries professionally.
