Responsibilities
- Chief Information Technology Systems:
- Oversee and manage IT operations and infrastructure across the organization.
- Develop and implement IT strategies to enhance efficiency and security.
- Manage the IT department, ensuring alignment with MEPCO’s goals.
- Ensure the continuous improvement of IT systems and technology integration.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives across various departments.
- Chief Supply Chain Management Officer:
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with MEPCO’s goals.
- Oversee procurement, inventory, logistics, and distribution.
- Ensure efficient, cost-effective management of materials and services.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
- Monitor supply chain performance and recommend improvements.
- Chief Legal Officer:
- Lead the legal department, managing corporate legal affairs and compliance.
- Provide legal counsel on contracts, regulatory matters, and disputes.
- Ensure MEPCO complies with all local and international laws.
- Oversee legal risk management and mitigation strategies.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings, as required.
- Chief Internal Auditor:
- Plan and conduct audits of MEPCO’s financial and operational activities.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare audit reports and make recommendations to senior management.
- Advise on risk management strategies and ensure company integrity.
Qualifications
- For Chief Information Technology Systems:
- Master’s in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Relevant certifications and experience in IT leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and technology strategies.
- For Chief Supply Chain Management Officer:
- Master’s or MBA in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related fields.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale supply chains, preferably in the energy sector.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- For Chief Legal Officer:
- Master’s degree in Law (LL.M) or equivalent.
- LL.B from a recognized institution.
- Extensive experience in corporate law, particularly in the public sector.
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, contracts, and legal proceedings.
- For Chief Internal Auditor:
- Master’s or equivalent degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
- ACCA or other relevant certifications.
- Extensive experience in auditing and internal controls, particularly in large organizations.
