Responsibilities
Chemistry, Maths, Biology, and Computer Professors
- Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons in your subject area in accordance with curriculum standards.
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student engagement and academic achievement.
- Assess students’ progress through tests, assignments, and projects.
- Provide individualized support to students who need assistance.
- Participate in departmental meetings and school events as required.
Resident Tutor
- Supervise and guide students in their academic and personal development.
- Provide pastoral care and address students’ needs in the hostel.
- Assist with study schedules, assignments, and other academic responsibilities.
- Organize and lead extra-curricular activities.
- Ensure a safe and supportive living environment for all students.
IT Coordinator
- Oversee the school’s information technology systems and infrastructure.
- Support the use of technology in the classroom and ensure proper functioning of devices.
- Train staff and students on using educational technology tools effectively.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the school’s IT systems.
- Manage software, hardware, and network requirements.
Hostel Warden
- Oversee the daily operations of the school hostel and ensure its smooth functioning.
- Maintain discipline and provide guidance to students living in the hostel.
- Organize hostel activities and ensure the well-being of the students.
- Ensure cleanliness and safety standards in the hostel.
Qualifications
- Chemistry, Maths, Biology, and Computer Professors:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the relevant subject.
- Prior teaching experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and subject knowledge.
- Resident Tutor:
- Education: Intermediate, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in any discipline.
- Previous experience in student care or hostel management is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- IT Coordinator:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Hands-on experience with school IT systems and software management.
- Good understanding of networking, hardware, and educational technology tools.
- Hostel Warden:
- Education: Intermediate, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree.
- Previous experience in hostel management or related field is beneficial.
- Ability to handle a variety of tasks and ensure the safety of students.
