Responsibilities

  • Lady Cashier / Cashier:
    • Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
    • Process payments, issue receipts, and manage the cash register.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction through efficient and courteous service.
  • Computer Operator:
    • Input and maintain data within company systems.
    • Perform administrative duties, including filing and data management.
  • Receptionist:
    • Greet and direct visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
    • Handle phone calls and assist with customer inquiries.
    • Maintain office schedules and manage appointment bookings.
  • Assistant Manager / Branch Manager:
    • Oversee daily operations and manage branch staff.
    • Ensure operational efficiency and meet company objectives.
    • Supervise and support teams to achieve departmental goals.
  • Call Operator:
    • Manage incoming customer calls, provide assistance, and resolve issues.
    • Maintain accurate call logs and customer records.

Qualifications

  • Education:
    • Middle, Matric, Intermediate, Bachelor, BA, B.com, or equivalent educational qualifications.
  • Experience:
    • Prior experience in the relevant position is preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work efficiently and independently.
    • Customer service experience for cashier and receptionist roles.
    • Proficiency with computers and office software for positions like computer operator.
