Job Responsibilities
- Design and implement effective education assessment frameworks.
- Analyze education data to identify gaps and recommend actionable improvements.
- Conduct field visits to monitor and evaluate educational programs and initiatives.
- Develop assessment tools tailored to specific educational projects.
- Collaborate with education stakeholders, including teachers, local authorities, and community representatives.
- Prepare comprehensive reports detailing findings, insights, and recommendations.
- Provide training and capacity building for local teams on education assessment methodologies.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in educational assessment, program evaluation, or similar roles.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with rural education challenges in Pakistan is preferred.
