Responsibilities:
- Clerk:
- Handle office tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents.
- Maintain and manage office records and correspondence.
- Assist with administrative support for various departments.
- Manage phone calls and emails in a professional manner.
- Subedar Major & Subedar:
- Manage and supervise security personnel at various sites.
- Ensure safety protocols and company policies are followed.
- Monitor daily operations and maintain discipline within the team.
- Report incidents and provide updates to the senior management.
- Fauji Clerk / Sipahi:
- Perform clerical duties such as organizing files, handling documents, and providing administrative support.
- Participate in security and field operations as needed.

Qualifications:
- Clerk:
- Education: Intermediate, BA, or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience in office administration or clerical work is a plus.
- Subedar Major / Subedar:
- Education: Matric or Intermediate.
- Experience in a similar role in security or defense services is preferred.
- Fauji Clerk / Sipahi:
- Education: Matric or Middle level.
- Prior experience in a military or similar environment is beneficial.
- Security Guard / Havaldar:
- Education: Middle or Matric.
- Experience in security or law enforcement is a plus.
- Driver / Motorcycle Driver:
- Education: Middle or Matric.
- A valid driving license and experience in driving vehicles are required.
