Responsibilities
- Call Operator:
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the relevant departments.
- Provide information and assistance to callers.
- Handle inquiries and provide customer support over the phone.
- Maintain a log of calls and follow up on issues if required.
- Naib Subedar:
- Assist in administrative and security-related tasks as assigned by higher officers.
- Maintain discipline within the organization and assist in operations as required.
- Oversee and assist in managing the staff under the direction of senior officers.
- Ensure security protocols are followed and contribute to the smooth running of the organization.
Qualifications
- Educational Requirements:
- Call Operator: Matric, Intermediate, Bachelor, or equivalent qualifications.
- Naib Subedar: Matric, Intermediate, or equivalent qualifications; preference will be given to candidates with prior military experience.
- Previous experience in customer service (for Call Operator) or relevant security experience (for Naib Subedar) is an advantage.
