Banquet Manager

A well-established Banquet Hall in Multan is seeking Banquet Managers to oversee the operations and management of events and functions hosted at the venue. This is a full-time position requiring strong management skills and experience in event coordination.


Key Responsibilities

  • Event Coordination:
    • Manage all aspects of banquet functions, including planning, organizing, and ensuring smooth execution of events.
    • Oversee the setup, decoration, and breakdown of event spaces.
    • Work with clients to understand their event needs and provide tailored services.
  • Staff Management:
    • Supervise and coordinate banquet hall staff, ensuring all team members perform their tasks efficiently.
    • Assign roles and responsibilities to staff members based on event requirements.
    • Train and motivate staff to maintain high standards of service.
  • Customer Service:
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing any concerns promptly.
    • Communicate effectively with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring a seamless event experience.
  • Administrative Duties:
    • Maintain records of bookings, budgets, and event details.
    • Assist with budgeting and managing event costs to meet financial targets.
    • Handle event-related paperwork, including contracts and invoices.

Qualifications

  • Educational Qualifications:
    • A Bachelor’s degree or BA in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
    • Relevant certifications in event management or hospitality would be an advantage.
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
    • Knowledge of event management software is a plus.
  • Experience:
    • Previous experience in banquet or event management is preferred but not mandatory.
    • Experience in managing a team is highly desirable.
