A well-established Banquet Hall in Multan is seeking Banquet Managers to oversee the operations and management of events and functions hosted at the venue. This is a full-time position requiring strong management skills and experience in event coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Event Coordination:
- Manage all aspects of banquet functions, including planning, organizing, and ensuring smooth execution of events.
- Oversee the setup, decoration, and breakdown of event spaces.
- Work with clients to understand their event needs and provide tailored services.
- Staff Management:
- Supervise and coordinate banquet hall staff, ensuring all team members perform their tasks efficiently.
- Assign roles and responsibilities to staff members based on event requirements.
- Train and motivate staff to maintain high standards of service.
- Customer Service:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Communicate effectively with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring a seamless event experience.
- Administrative Duties:
- Maintain records of bookings, budgets, and event details.
- Assist with budgeting and managing event costs to meet financial targets.
- Handle event-related paperwork, including contracts and invoices.
Qualifications
- Educational Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree or BA in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- Relevant certifications in event management or hospitality would be an advantage.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of event management software is a plus.
- Experience:
- Previous experience in banquet or event management is preferred but not mandatory.
