Responsibilities
Web Developer:
- Design, develop, and maintain websites and web applications.
- Write well-structured and efficient code using web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, etc.).
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to create a seamless user experience.
- Optimize websites for maximum speed and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve web-related issues.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in web development and implement new features as needed.
Graphic Designer:
- Create visually appealing designs for digital and print media (e.g., social media graphics, website assets, advertisements, logos).
- Work closely with the marketing and development teams to ensure consistency in branding and messaging.
- Produce high-quality visual content using graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
- Collaborate on projects and ensure designs align with project goals and client requirements.
- Ensure designs are optimized for different platforms (web, mobile, social media).
Qualifications
- Education:
- Web Developer: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (BS/BA in IT or equivalent).
- Graphic Designer: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in web development languages and frameworks (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, WordPress, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other graphic design software.
- Experience with responsive web design and mobile optimization for web developers.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Previous work experience in a similar role is preferred.
