Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) seeks qualified individuals for senior management roles, including advisors and consultants for specialized projects. Responsibilities
- Advisor HR Logistics: Manage human resource logistics for various projects, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workforce management.
- Advisor Dasu Hydropower Project: Provide expert advice and strategic direction on the Dasu Hydropower Project, contributing to its successful completion and ongoing operations.
- Consultant Environment: Develop and implement environmental management strategies, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and sustainable project execution.
- Advisor on Geo Tech Engineering: Advise on geotechnical engineering aspects, including soil investigation and site preparation, for ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Consultant on Flood Management: Provide expertise in managing flood risk, designing mitigation strategies, and overseeing the implementation of flood control measures.
- Consultant Advisor Sports: Advise on sports-related infrastructure development and manage related projects and activities.
- Consultant Safe City Projects: Provide guidance on the development and implementation of smart city and safe city projects, focusing on security, infrastructure, and technology.
- Consultant Aviation: Oversee aviation-related projects and provide strategic advice on air traffic and infrastructure development.
- Advisor Projects: Offer comprehensive advisory services across various infrastructure and development projects under WAPDA’s purview.

Qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree, or B.E in a relevant field such as Engineering, Environmental Science, Project Management, or related disciplines.
- Experience:
- At least 5-10 years of experience in relevant roles, depending on the position applied for. Experience in project management, consultancy, and advising on large infrastructure projects is preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Deep understanding of project-specific technical, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams, stakeholders, and contractors.
