Key Responsibilities
As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for:
- Monitoring and Patrolling:
- Conduct regular patrols within the housing society to ensure the safety and security of all residents and property.
- Keep an eye on any suspicious activity or breaches of security and take immediate action when necessary.
- Access Control:
- Monitor and control the access points to the society, ensuring only authorized personnel and vehicles are allowed entry.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue passes as per the society’s protocol.
- Surveillance:
- Operate and monitor security cameras to detect any unusual behavior or security concerns.
- Alert the relevant authorities in case of emergencies or security breaches.
- Respond to Emergencies:
- Provide first aid and assist in emergency situations until the appropriate emergency services arrive.
- Collaborate with local police or emergency responders in case of incidents.
- Reporting:
- Report incidents and accidents, maintaining accurate records of events for future reference.
Qualifications
- Educational Requirements:
- Minimum Education: Middle (8th Grade)
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in security or law enforcement roles.
- Experience:
- Prior experience in security-related jobs is a plus but not mandatory.
