Responsibilities:
- HR Support Services Roles (Assistant/Deputy Manager): Oversee HR activities, employee relations, and support services to ensure smooth functioning of the department.
- Enforcement Manager/Assistant Manager: Ensure the enforcement of waste management policies, address non-compliance, and supervise enforcement teams.
- Revenue Management (Manager/Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager): Develop and implement revenue collection strategies, manage financial resources, and ensure budget compliance.
- Operations Management (Deputy Manager/Assistant Manager): Manage daily waste collection operations, optimize fleet utilization, and improve service efficiency.
- Fleet Management (Manager/Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager): Oversee fleet maintenance, procurement, and ensure timely transportation for waste management.
- Employee Management (Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager): Coordinate employee activities, manage training programs, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Vigilance Manager: Ensure internal audits, oversee vigilance operations, and maintain high standards of accountability.
- Deputy General Manager Fleet: Lead fleet operations, monitor performance, and handle any operational issues related to fleet management.
Qualifications:
- Education Required:
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, LL.B, or LL.M in relevant fields.
- Additional certifications or experience in HR, fleet management, revenue, or operations management will be an asset.
Skills and Experience:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
- Leadership and team management experience.
- Previous experience in the waste management or related sectors is preferred.
