Venturetronics is seeking a talented and experienced Thermal Design Engineer to join our team in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. In this role, you will design liquid cooling systems and conduct simulations using industry-standard tools like ANSYS, SolidWorks, and MATLAB to optimize thermal performance. You will be a vital part of our team, collaborating with cross-functional groups to integrate thermal engineering solutions into the overall product design process.
Responsibilities:
- Design and simulate liquid cooling system components using SolidWorks and ANSYS (CFD, Structural, and Thermal) to ensure optimal thermal performance.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of liquid cooling systems for high-power electronics and optimize solutions for performance and reliability.
- Select critical components such as fans, pumps, radiators, TIMs, and heaters based on project requirements.
- Develop and execute test procedures for evaluating thermal system components, and validate designs through prototype testing.
- Analyze and optimize thermal management systems for electronic devices to ensure operational reliability.
- Use tools like Power Query and Power BI to analyze data and present insights for performance improvement.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure designs meet industry standards, regulatory requirements, and safety guidelines.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot thermal issues in existing systems, recommending effective design or process improvements.
Qualifications:
- MS in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Strong knowledge of Heat and Mass Transfer.
- In-depth knowledge of liquid cooling systems for high-power electronics.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in thermal engineering.
