Key Responsibilities
The responsibilities for each role may include:
- Office Staff:
- Assist in administrative duties, maintain records, and manage office operations.

- Mechanical Engineer / Engineer:
- Design, develop, and optimize mechanical systems and machinery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues to ensure smooth factory operations.
- Collaborate with other engineering teams to implement new processes and technologies.
- Carpenter / Plumber / Machinist:
- Execute hands-on tasks such as constructing, repairing, or installing structures, plumbing, and machinery.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure high-quality standards in all work.
- Manage tools and materials effectively to reduce waste.
- Lathe Machine Operator:
- Operate and maintain lathe machines for manufacturing parts.
- Ensure precision and accuracy in machine operations.

- Civil Engineer:
- Manage construction and infrastructure projects within the factory.
- Oversee the design, planning, and execution of civil engineering projects.

Qualifications
