Responsibilities
- Subedar Major & Subedar:

- Maintain discipline within the team and manage daily security activities.

- Havaldar & Security Staff:
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety of premises.

- Assist in crowd control and access management.

- Security Guard & Sepoy:
- Guard premises and ensure all entry points are secure.

Qualifications
- Subedar Major & Subedar:
- Intermediate or higher education level.
- Previous experience in military or security positions is preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Havaldar, Security Staff & Security Guard:
- Matric or Middle education.
- Relevant security training or experience is advantageous.
- Physically fit and capable of handling security duties effectively.
- Sepoy:
- Middle or Matric education.
- Basic knowledge of security practices and responsibilities.
- Must be in good physical condition.
