Key Responsibilities
- Subedar Major:
- Lead, supervise, and manage security personnel across various posts.
- Ensure effective coordination between security teams and report any security issues to management.
- Maintain discipline and provide guidance to lower-ranked security personnel.
- Implement security protocols and procedures for different environments.
- Security Guard:
- Patrol premises to ensure a secure environment for employees and visitors.
- Monitor surveillance equipment and report any unusual activities.
- Check for potential security threats and respond to emergencies when necessary.
- Enforce company policies and procedures related to security.
- General Responsibilities for All Positions:
- Maintain vigilance and ensure the safety of property, assets, and personnel.
- Report incidents or suspicious activities to the authorities or higher-ups.
- Assist in enforcing safety standards and emergency preparedness protocols.
Qualifications
- Educational Requirements:
- Subedar Major: Preferably Intermediate or Higher Education (Military experience or equivalent leadership roles will be highly regarded).
- Security Guard: Middle or Matric education.
- Relevant security certifications or prior experience in a similar role will be an added advantage.
- Experience:
- For Subedar Major, previous leadership or military experience is required.
- For Security Guard, prior experience in security or related fields is preferred, but not mandatory.
