Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across digital platforms.
- Provide content for social media plans and ads to the media buying and social media teams.
- Lead and manage the social media marketing team, offering guidance and support to execute successful campaigns.
- Oversee all social media, media buying, and merchandising activities for client accounts.
- Plan end-to-end digital marketing campaigns aligned with defined goals and business objectives.
- Manage and monitor advertising budgets, ensuring efficient allocation, cost optimization, and budget adherence.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and animators to create compelling content for websites, blogs, social media, and email marketing.
- Develop and manage a detailed social media content calendar to ensure timely execution of posts and campaigns.
- Use analytics tools to monitor and analyze campaign performance, website traffic, and user behavior, optimizing performance based on data-driven insights.
- Provide reports and performance analysis to clients and stakeholders, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, social media updates, and emerging techniques to maintain a fresh brand presence.
- Innovate social media strategies by leveraging new tools and approaches to increase engagement.
- Ensure consistent brand voice and tone across all platforms, adhering strictly to brand guidelines.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt social media strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand strategy and digital marketing plans are aligned.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their preferences, requirements, and objectives for social media content and strategy.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Extensive experience in a digital marketing agency environment, managing international client accounts across multiple markets.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other digital tools.
- Expertise in creating and managing content across digital platforms.
- Strong experience in end-to-end marketing campaigns, budget management, and cost optimization.
- Skilled in performance analysis, using data-driven insights for campaign improvement.
- Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging tools.
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
